Summary
In July of 2019, the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department (AGD) appointed Elder Abuse Action Australia (EAAA), to develop and implement the national Elder Abuse Knowledge Hub.
The Hub was required to consolidate information and resources about abuse of older people in one online location for diverse groups of older people.
Working with EAAA, we architected and designed an online content portal that aimed to create a national focal point for elder abuse with resources for the benefit of all members of the community.
The resulting Hub is an important resource to help raise awareness of elder abuse and enable connection of people to services and information in Australian states and territories.
